At the time of departure, a cash payment will be made of a deposit that will cover possible damage caused by users during the course of the rental. If there are no damages when returning the boat, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.

The consumption of fuel used during the trip will be the responsibility of the user responsible for renting the boat. At the time of arrival at the port at the end of the rental, the full deposit will be returned, as it was delivered at the time of departure.
